Sizes

 

Of course , sizes vary between designers. Some styles are designed to be more generous than others. If you are in any doubt about the size you should order , please contact customer services.

 

They will be able to give you the measurements of the actual clothes, available sizes and lengths and information on material composition.

 

Our aim is to assist you find the correct size and style to fit your particular needs.

 

 

Prices

 

Prices are stated in pounds sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate.

VAT is refunded on all orders from the Channel Isles 

 

Payment

 

We accept payment online by Visa and Mastercard and all debit cards including Maestro.

Your card will not be charged until your order is despatched.

 

Stock availability

 

Our products are offered subject to stock availability. If we are out of stock of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible with details on an alternative choice in a similar style.

 

Post and Packing  

 

 

Rates are as follows : Standard delivery is free to all UK addresses during the clearance sale

                                Outside the UK : Ireland £15,

                                                         USA    £20

                                                         NZealand £20 

                                Rates refer to a parcel weighing less than 2 kilos, that covers at least two dresses.

  

Post and packing is charged per order irrespective of the number of items.

 

Guarantee

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us, freepost  within 14 days for an exchange or refund. This is a no quibble guarantee.

 

Returns procedure

 

If you send an item back to us ,you can either exchange the item or have a full refund. We operate a free returns service for UK customers .

 

·          Please fill in the returns note which is located on the back of your invoice below the tear off line. Be sure to give us full instructions of the exchange or refund in the space provided.

 

·            Before closing the parcel peel off the blue  Freepost returns label located bottom right on your invoice and attach it to the return parcel.  

 

·           Tear off the returns note section of your invoice and enclose it with your return and seal up the parcel.

 

·          Take to a post office and obtain a certificate of posting.
