We are very pleased to shorten any dress featured in our online shop. Simply state your shortening instructions in the customer notes beneath the invoice section at the check out. Be sure to select shortening fee as a product so that it appears on your invoice.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any garments back after shortening unless the error was ours. If you have doubts, try the garment first, and then return it to us for shortening. You pay postage back to us and we will pay postage back to you. Please allow ten days.
